At Uchi Lake Lodge, all of our American Plan packages include three home-cooked meals each day. All meals are prepared fresh daily with produce and meats that are flown in weekly to ensure that the food we serve is always first rate.

Order anything you like from our breakfast menu, including eggs the way you like them, french toast, hash browns, pancakes, bacon, sausage, or ham, while enjoying freshly brewed coffee, tea, orange juice, milk, or hot cocoa.

Shore lunch is on the lake each day (weather permitting). Simply pull your boat up, hand our staff your fish, and have a cold beverage while lunch is prepared over an open fire. We’ll fry fillets, potatoes, and beans and top it off with a homemade dessert to get you back on the lake as soon as possible, unless an afternon nap is more to your liking.

We serve three-course meals each evening, starting with a soup or salad, followed by our main course which changes each night. Grilled rib eye, roast turkey, bbq ribs, chicken parmesan, to name a few.

Let’s not forget dessert – apple pie, brownie, cheesecake, peach cobbler, and much more! And, when you’ve finished your dinner, grab your hat and jacket and head back out on the lake for the evening bite. Don’t forget, it stays light until almost 10 pm for most of the summer on Uchi!

Shore lunch is on the lake every day at noon. Sit back and enjoy a beverage while our guides fry fillets of fish and prepare an unforgettable meal for you over the open fire. We will get you back on the lake as quickly as possible so you can enjoy your afternoon of fishing.

Bagged lunches can also be arranged if you opt to skip shore lunch because you want to fish the far end of the lake or a portage lake.
