Uchi Lake Lodge is a premium fly in fishing resort dedicated to American Plan packages. We offer top notch service and accommodations for groups as small as 2 or as large as 35. Each cabin now has its own 3 piece washroom (new for 2021) kitchenette, and woodstove for heat. All cabins are powered by our diesel generators which run 24 hours a day (for those that have c-pac machines). WiFi internet is available at the main lodge as well as satellite TV and telephone service. The premises are immaculately clean with all the modern amenities you require but yet at a remote fly in location. All cabins have posturepedic mattresses with brand new linens and quilt bedspreads (new 2022), hot and cold running water, fridge and stove. With daily maid service for the American plan package.
You’ll find level wooden walkways connecting all the cabins and buildings. Right from the main lodge right down to the fish cleaning building. We have built boardwalks everywhere to help getting around. Our facilities are suitable for the elderly and/or impaired. Some of our repeat guests are now over 90 years old and still get around just fine. Or just perfect for those that want to just stroll about at midnight watching the aurora borealis, or soak up the solitude of the Canadian wilderness. Bottom line is we have everything here to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Amenities include:
- Hot and cold running water in all cabins, showers, and flush toilets.
- Neat, clean rooms with daily maid service, including linens & towels.
- Electricity in all cabins.
- Full-size refrigerators.
- Kitchen tables and chairs.
- Utensils, plates, cups, cutlery, and pots and pans.
- Plenty of firewood stacked in your cabin for a cozy woodstove fire when you come off the lake in the evening.
Uchi Lake Lodge also offers a Housekeeping Plan if you prefer to cook your own meals. If that option is more to your liking, your cabin will be fully equipped with a gas cookstove, kitchen counter for food preparation, sink, plates, utensils, cutlery, dish draining rack, dishtowels, and a refrigerator to keep your food cold and fresh. Suitable for groups that prefer not to be on a schedule with 3 meals/day at set times.
